This past G-Day, the Wally’s Boys, who played under Georgia head coach Wally Butts in the ’40s and ’50s convened for their annual breakfast at the Athens Country Club. That morning, damn, good Dawg Bill Saye was recognized for his unwavering support of keeping the group united. Unfortunately, Bill passed last week, but his love of Georgia will never be forgotten.
